How do I apply this cream?

Use a small amount of cream per area in the morning and/or evening for at least 28 days.
Massage the cream to allow the penetration in two steps: spread the cream performing movements from the bottom to the top and then follow with toning circular motions up to complete penetration.
The massage has to last 3 to 5 minutes.
